Supporting post-secondary institutions and other organizations to design and align programs, policy, and quality assurance.

This work brings clarity and structure to complex learning environments, supporting new program development, program renewal, policy, and quality assurance, including accreditation processes for both internal and external audiences. It is grounded in experience in the design and stewardship of learning systems within Canadian post-secondary education, including the launch of new programs, the development of review frameworks, and policy aligned with regulatory and governance requirements.

Across a range of institutional contexts—from colleges and universities to cultural organizations, non-profits, and sector-based training initiatives—I adapt this approach to different organizational contexts, priorities, and stages of development.

Experience includes:

  • Development of 20+ undergraduate and post-baccalaureate programs

  • Design and implementation of program review and quality assurance systems that centralize processes and reduce labour and completion times

  • Policy review, consolidation, and modernization to support sector alignment, equity, and accessible user experience

  • Strategic program portfolio and enrolment planning, including curricular efficiency review, SEM, and consistent institutional processes

  • External accreditation preparation and review

I work independently and in collaboration with institutional teams and sector partners, depending on the scope and needs of each engagement.

If you are undertaking program development, policy renewal, academic planning or quality assurance work, I would be glad to connect and discuss your priorities.
